Appointment Scheduling at Primary Care Associates of Wichita, KS
Scheduling is available M-Th 7:45am - 4:30pm and 7:45am - 11:30am on Friday. For urgent matters, we will work you in the same day.

For less urgent conditions, we are able to schedule your visit within two weeks. When you call, please give the scheduler as much information as possible regarding the nature of your visit so that an appropriate length of time will be scheduled. If you don't feel comfortable sharing information regarding your visit, feel free to tell the scheduler that you prefer to keep your health issue confidential and provide them with your best estimation of the amount of time needed for your visit.

Check In When You Arrive
Please arrive early for your appointment to fill out or update needed paperwork. Please be prepared to show your Photo ID and Insurance Card at every visit. Federal guidelines require us to get an updated HIPAA form annually.
Your co-pay is due at the time of service and your appointment may be re-scheduled if you do not have your co-pay. You may also be required to pay your visit or a portion of your visit depending on your benefits.
